In ottemperanza al decreto-legge 19 maggio 2020 n. 34, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge 17 luglio 2020 n. 77 e chiariti i termini della sua applicazione, siamo a confermare la possibilità di richiedere il rimborso monetario per lo show cancellato dei GUNS N’ROSES previsto il 12 giugno 2020 al Festival Firenze Rocks.

Per coloro che hanno già richiesto il rimborso tramite voucher, sarà possibile utilizzare il voucher entro 18 mesi dalla sua emissione, oppure richiedere il suo rimborso monetario. Per avere diritto al rimborso il voucher deve essere integro e non parzialmente riutilizzato

Le richieste di rimborso potranno essere inviate al sistema di vendita da cui è stato emesso il biglietto o il voucher, a partire dal 18 settembre 2020 e non oltre il 17 ottobre 2020.

In compliance with the decree- law no.34 of 18^th May, 2020, converted into law no. 77 of 17^th July, 2020, after a clarification of the terms of its application, we can now confirm the possibility to request a full refund for GUNS N’ ROSES’s cancelled show at FIRENZE ROCKS Festival on 12^th June, 2020.

Costumers who already requested a voucher have the possibility to use it within 18 months from the date of issuing or they can request a full refund as an alternative. To convert the voucher already issued in a full refund, the credit must be intact and not already used.

Refund requests should be submitted to the ticketing platform where the tickets were purchased or the voucher was issued. Refund requests should be submitted starting 18^th of September, 2020 and before 17^th of October, 2020.
